07 °26' 59" East 332.24 feet to a point No. 14-1 on the present City of Frederick
Limits, thence leaving said Motter Avenue and running to exclude that parcel of
land intended to be conveyed to the Eastern District of Christian and Missionary
Alliance, Inc. and that tract previously conveyed thereto October 18, 1963, by deed
recorded in Liber 692, folio 414, one of the Land Records of Frederick County,
[[(158)]] (165) thence S. 80 °34' 00" W. 436.28 feet to point No. 14-J, [[(159)]]
(166) thence N. 07 °26' 59" W. 247.61 feet to point No. 14-K, [[(160)]] (167)
thence S. 80 ° 34' 00" W. 1430.22 feet to point No. 14-L [[(161)]] (168) thence S.
17°22' 14" E. 2088.69 feet to Stone No. 16, [[(162)]] (169) S. 85 °06' 34" W.
2625.85 feet to Stone No. 17, thence, [[(163)]] (170) S. 38 °25' 00" W. 224.05 feet
to the place of beginning. (Acts 1953, ch. 465, Par. 1.)

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, ENACTED AND ORDAINED, that the
persons living in said area and the properties located therein are included for all
purposes and subject to the Charter and Ordinances of said municipal corporation
in said area as if said area had been originally or subsequently included within the
boundaries of said municipal corporation.

The conditions of said annexation are as follows:

A.  The annexation is to take effect on the 18th day of December, 1972.

B.   All persons and property, real or personal, within the area sought to be
annexed shall be subject to municipal assessment and taxation commencing
January 1, 1973, and for the fiscal year 1973-74 and for each and every year
thereafter at the then current rate of said municipal corporation.

C.   Extension of water, sewer and storm drain lines to the area to be annexed
shall be at the expense of the property owners in the annexed area and at no cost
to the City; design of all storm drain, water and sewer systems shall be such that
any damage from their installation shall be the responsibility of the property owner
and not of the City of Frederick.

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, ENACTED AND ORDAINED BY
THE AUTHORITY AFORESAID, that the Mayor of the City of Frederick shall
give notice of this Resolution by posting an exact copy of the same in the City
Hall and by providing for the publication of an appropriate notice a newspaper of
general circulation in the City of Frederick, not fewer than four times at least, at
not less than weekly intervals after the adoption of this Resolution.

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, ENACTED AND ORDAINED BY
THE AUTHORITY AFORESAID, that the Mayor of the City of Frederick shall
call a public hearing on the passage of this Resolution, said hearing to be held at
7:30 p.m. on the second day of November, 1972, in the Public Meeting Room in
the City Hall Building located on North Market Street in the City of Frederick.
