1982                                         EXECUTIVE ORDERS

Commissioner, Baltimore City Police Department

Superintendent, Maryland State Police

Adjutant General, Maryland National Guard, or his designee

Superintendent. Department of Education

Chief Judge, District Court of Maryland

Deputy Secretary for Correction, Department of Public Safety and Correctional
Services

Deputy Secretary for Public Safety, Department of Public Safety and
Correctional Services

Commissioner. Division of Correction
Director. Department of Juvenile Services
Chairman, Board of Parole

3.   The following officials shall be ex-officio members of the Commission and
shall be entitled to all rights and privileges of membership, except the right to vote
on matters coming before the Commission:

Special Agent-In-Charge, Baltimore Office of the F.B.I.

Regional Director, Federal Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs

4.   In addition to the fourteen (14) ex-officio members, the Commission shall
consist of the following persons to be appointed by the Governor:

A Judge of a Circuit Court or of the Supreme Bench of Baltimore City

A Judge of a Juvenile Court

The State's Attorney of one of the counties or Baltimore City

A Professor affiliated with a Law School

A member of the Senate of Maryland

A Member of the House of Delegates of Maryland

An elected official from one of the following counties: Caroline, Cecil,
Dorchester, Kent, Queen Anne's, Somerset, Talbot, Wicomico or Worcester

An elected official from one of the following counties: Calvert, Charles or St.
Mary's

An elected official from one of the following counties: Allegany, Carroll,
Frederick, Garrett, or Washington

An elected official from either Montgomery or Prince George's County

An elected official from one of the following counties: Anne Arundel,
Baltimore, Harford, Howard or Baltimore City

Four members of the public at large.
