Ch. 84 MARVIN MANDEL, Governor 145 SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF 11-1003 (a) Except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic, or in compliance (1) Stop, stand or park a vehicle: (i) In front of a public driveway; (iii) Within an intersection; (v) Between a safety zone and the adjacent curb or within 30 feet of points on (vi) Alongside or opposite any street excavation or obstruction when stopping, (vii) Upon any bridge or other elevated structure upon a highway or within a (viii) At any place an official sign prohibits stopping; (ix) On any ramp entering on or exiting from, any highway with two or more (x) On any property owned by the Board of Education of Montgomery County (2) Stand or park a vehicle, whether occupied or not, except momentarily to (i) In front of a private driveway except with the consent of the owner or (ii) Within 15 feet of a fire hydrant; (iii) Within 20 feet of a crosswalk at an intersection; (iv) Within 30 feet upon the approach to any flashing signal, stop sign, YIELD (v) Within 20 feet of the driveway entrance to any fire station or on the side of (vi) At any place an official sign prohibits standing;
