quire nonresident hunters to pay a license fee equal to that which
his or her home state charges nonresidents, OR TWENTY-FIVE
DOLLARS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER, and to specify the
means of identifying his or her state of residence.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 126(b) of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1970 Replacement Volume), title "Natural Resources," sub-
title "Birds, Game and Inland Water Fish," subheading "Hunter's
License," be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amend-
ments, to read as follows:
126.
(b) The applicant shall fill out, sign and forward to the clerk
of the court an application to be furnished by the Director through
the clerks of said courts, or agents, stating the applicant's name,
age, race, height, color of eyes and hair, occupation, and place of
residence and social security number if available; application for
any such license may be made through the mails. The applicant, if a
nonresident of the State of Maryland, shall, on presentation of a
driver's license, voter's card, or resident hunter's license, pay to the
clerk of the court or agent in which he files his or her application
[the sum of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) as a license fee] a sum
equal to that which the applicant's home state charges nonresidents
for a similar license to hunt in that state, OR TWENTY-FIVE DOL-
LARS ($25.00), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1972.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 36(2) of
Article 101 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Supplement),
title "Workmen's Compensation," subtitle "Claims and Compen-
sation; Benefits," to change the METHOD OF DETERMINING
THE maximum amount of compensation which may be paid for
the first forty two days of temporary total disability under the
Workmen's Compensation Law.
