Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That the provisions of Section
10 of Chapter 101 of the Acts of 1970, be and they are hereby waived,
insofar as they impose a time for placing under contract the
items in Section 5 (A) (7) in said Chapter 101 of the Acts of
1970 and found on page 329 of the Laws of 1970, making avail-
able $10,000 to the Board of Public Works, to provide for study
by the Department of Public Improvements to determine the feasi-
bility of renovating the War Memorial Building—Baltimore City,
providing equal matching funds are made available by the City of
Baltimore; Section 5 (E) (2) (a) in said Chapter 101 and found
on page 333 of the Laws of 1970, making available $190,000 for
Department of Forests and Parks, Cunningham Falls State Park,
development of West area initial camping facilities to include two
shower buildings, camping area roads (6,000 L.F.), and 60 park-
ing spaces; Section 5 (E) (2) (b) in said Chapter 101 and found
on page 333 of the Laws of 1970, making available $300,000 for
the Department of Forests and Parks, Cunningham Falls State
Park, to supplement the appropriation for "Development of West
Area, including entrance road, utilities, bath house, concession
building, beach development, comfort station, parking areas and
picnic sites" as shown on page 996 of the Acts of 1969; Section
5 (E) (3) in said Chapter 101 and found on page 333 of the Laws
of 1970, making available $142,000 for the Department of Forests
and Parks, Deep Creek Lake State Park, for development of ad-
ditional camping facilities to include 2 washhouses, roads (4,600
L.F.), and 70 campsites; Section 5 (E) (4) in said Chapter 101
and found on page 333 of the Laws of 1970, making available
$232,000 for the Department of Forests and Parks, Elk Neck State
Park, for continued development of Stony Point camping facilities
to include 4 shower buildings and extension of water and electrical
services; Section 5 (E) (10) in said Chapter 101 and found on
page 334 of the Laws of 1970, making available $50,000 for the
Department of Forests and Parks, Seneca Creek Park to supple-
ment the appropriation for "Construction of dam and State's share
of cost for new bridge on Long Draft Road" as shown on page
1677 of the Acts of 1967; Section 5 (E) (11) in said Chapter 101
and found on page 335 of the Laws of 1970 , MAKING AVAILABLE
$50,000 for the Department of Forests and Parks, Susquehanna State
Park, for construction of a concession building; Section 5 (E) (8) in
said Chapter 101 and found on page 334 of the Laws of 1970 making
available $284,000 for the Department of Forests and Parks, Rocky
Gap State Park, for development of primary road system, water sys-
tem, and electrical extensions; Section 5 (L) (2) (b) in said Chapter
101 and found on page 347 of the Laws of 1970 making available
$1,060,400 for the University of Maryland, Baltimore, to supple-
ment the appropriation for "Construction of an addition to Howard
Hall ....." as shown on page 1018 of the Acts of 1969; Section
5 (L) (4) (c) in said Chapter 101 and found on page 348 of the
Laws of 1970, making available $380,000 for the University of
Maryland, Baltimore County Campus, for construction of swim-
ming pool addition to the Physical Education Building; Section
5 (K) (5) (b) in said Chapter 101 and found on page 344 of the
Laws of 1970, making available $4,675,000 and $20,000 for Towson
State College for Construction of Classroom Building No. 2, in-
cluding air conditioning ($4,675,000 for construction, $20,000 for
utilities); and Section 5 (F) (1) (b) in said Chapter 101 and found
on pages 335 and 336 of the Laws of 1970, making available
