thereto to follow immediately after Subsection (c) as herein re-
designated, giving to the State Board of Dental Examiners the
right to license graduates of other than United States or Canadian
schools provided they demonstrate properly their qualifications to
the satisfaction of said Board, and changing the format of this
Section 5.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Subsection (d) of Section 5 of Article 32 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume), title "Dentistry,"
subtitle "In General," be and it is hereby re-designated to be Sub-
section (c) of said Section 5; and that a new Subsection (d) be and
it is hereby added to said Section, to follow immediately after Sub-
section (c) as herein re-designated, and to read as follows:
(d) Dental graduates not meeting provisions outlined in Section
5(a) may apply to the Maryland State Board of Dental Examiners
for examination and take the examination subject to rules and,
regulations established by the Board. The regulations shall include
a series of established preliminary tests to determine that an appli-
cant is qualified to take the State Board's examination.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1972.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 224B of
Article 56 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Supplement),
title "Licenses," subtitle "Real Estate Brokers," to require that a
real estate broker licensee exercise regular REASONABLE and
continuous ADEQUATE supervision over the activities of his
salesmen.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 224B of Article 56 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1971 Supplement), title "Licenses," subtitle "Real Estate Brokers,"
be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to
read as follows:
224B.
It is unlawful for a broker licensee to lend his license to a sales-
man, or permit a salesman to operate as a broker. A broker licensee
must exercise [the requisite degree of] regular REASONABLE and
continuous ADEQUATE supervision over the activities of his sales-
men. The Commission may, if it finds a violation of this section,
revoke or suspend any license issued under this subtitle.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1972.
