The second congressional district shall consist of the following
regions of Baltimore County:

(a)  Election districts 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 14 and 15 in their
entirety [, and election districts 2 and 4 except for those sections
added to the sixth congressional district].

(b)  [That part of election district 9 that lies outside the follow-
ing boundaries: northerly from the Baltimore City line on Charles
Street, thence easterly in a continuous line following Towsontowne
Drive, Burke Avenue, and Hillen Road to its intersection with
Goucher Boulevard; thence northerly on Goucher Boulevard; thence
northerly on Prince Road; thence easterly on Joppa Road to its
intersection with Loch Raven Boulevard; thence southerly on Loch
Raven Boulevard to Putty Hill Avenue; thence westerly on Putty
Hill Avenue to Pleasant Plains Road; thence southerly on Pleasant
Plains Road to Cottage Avenue; thence southeasterly on Cottage
Avenue to Loch Raven Boulevard; thence southerly on Loch Raven
Boulevard to the Baltimore City line.]

That part of election district 2 that consists of precincts 1 through
10,12 through 17,19 and 22 in their entirety.

(c)  That part of election district 4 that consists of precincts 6
through 9 in their entirety.

(d)   That part of election district 9 that consists of precincts 1
through 8,17 through 23, 32, 34 through 54 in their entirety.

The second congressional district shall also consist of the follow-
ing regions of Baltimore City:

(a)  Ward 27. Precincts 86 through 90, and 103, 104, 105; and

(b)  Ward 28. Precinct 2-B.

The third congressional district shall consist of the following
regions of Baltimore City and Baltimore County:

(a)  Baltimore City:

(1) Wards 1, 2, 3, 4, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, and 26 in their entirety;

of Ward 9;

[(6)] (5) Ward 12. Precincts 1, 2, 3, 4, 21, 22, 23, 24, of Ward 12;

[(7)] (6) Ward 20. Precinct 13 of Ward 20;

[(8)] (7) Ward 27. Precincts 1 through 77 inclusive of Ward 27.
