(uu) Delegate district 47 shall elect four delegates and shall
consist of the following areas of Baltimore City: precincts 1, 2, 3, 4,
5, 6 and 7 of ward 11; wards 14, 16 and 17 in their entirety;
precincts 14, 15, 16, 17, 19, 28, 29 and 30 of ward 15; precincts
1, 2, 3, 4,5,16 and 17 of ward 20; and precincts 8 and 9 of ward 12.

(vv) Delegate district 48 shall elect four delegates and shall
consist of the following areas of Baltimore City: precincts 5, 6, 7,
8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 of ward 13; precincts
1, 2, 3, 4, 4A, 4B, 4C, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 18, 20, 21, 22,
23, 24 25, 26, 27, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41 and 42
of ward 15; precincts 92, 93, 94, 95 and 96 of ward 27; and precincts
1 and 4 of ward 28.

(ww) Delegate district 49 shall elect three delegates and shall
consist of the following areas of Baltimore City: ward 10 in its
entirety; precincts 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17,
21 and 22 of ward 9; precincts 8, 9 and 10 of ward 11; precincts
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23
and 24 of ward 12; and precincts 1,2,3, 4, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 and
25 of ward 13.

(xx) Delegate district 50 shall elect two delegates and shall
consist of the following areas of Baltimore City: precincts 4, 5, 6, 7,
and 8 of ward 7; precincts 4, 5, 6, 7,8, 9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,
18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 and 26 of ward 8; and precincts
18,19 and 20 of ward 9.

(yy) Delegate district 51 shall elect three delegates and shall
consist of the following areas of Baltimore City: precincts 1, 2 and 3
of ward 8; precincts 1, 3, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 and 31
of ward 9; precincts 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 40, 41, 42, 43
and 44 of ward 26; and precincts 1,2,3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 40, 41, 42, 50,
52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76 and 77 of ward 27.

(zz) Delegate district 52 shall elect three delegates and shall
consist of the following areas of Baltimore City: precinct 45 of
ward 26; and precincts 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21,
22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 43,
44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 51, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68, 69 and 70
of ward 27.

(aaa) Delegate district 53 shall elect three delegates and shall
consist of the following areas of Baltimore City: wards 5 and 6 in
their entirety; precincts 1, 2, 3, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17
of ward 7; and precincts 1, 2, 3A, 5A, 5B, 6, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19,
20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 24A, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 37A and 39 of ward 26.

(bbb) Delegate district 54 shall elect two delegates and shall
consist of the following areas of Baltimore City: wards 1, 2, 3 and
4 in their entirety and precincts 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and
14 of ward 26.

47. Applicability of Subtitle.

The provisions of this subtitle shall, for purposes of elections,
be applicable to elections for members of the General Assembly
beginning with the primary and general elections of 1974 and shall,
for purposes of representation, be applicable beginning with the
second Wednesday of January 1975.
