26                                  Laws of Maryland                           [Ch. 7

(oo) Delegate district 41 shall elect two delegates and shall
consist of the following areas: all of Caroline County and Queen
Anne's County; election districts 1, 2, 3, 12 and 15 of Dorchester
County; election districts 1, 2 and 10 of Wicomico County; election
district 7 of Kent County; and that part of election district 4 of
Kent County beginning at the intersection of the west bank of the
Chester River and the center line of Maple Avenue, running west
along the center line of Maple Avenue to its intersection with
Queen Street, thence south along the center line of Queen Street
to its intersection with High Street, thence west along the center
line of High Street to the northwest corporate limits of Chester-
town, thence east following the corporate limits of Chestertown to
the intersection of the corporate limits and the Chester River.

(pp) Delegate district 42 shall elect one delegate and shall con-
sist of the following areas: election districts 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6 of
Kent County; that part of election district 4 of Kent County that
lies within the corporate limits of Chestertown not included in dele-
gate district 41; election districts 1 and 2 of Cecil County; that
part of election district 3 of Cecil County that lies south of Route
40; and that part of election district 5 of Cecil County that
lies south and east of the following line: beginning at the inter-
section of Route 40 and the boundary line of election district
3, thence west on Route 40 to its intersection with Route 272, thence
south on Route 272 (Main Street, town of North East) to its
intersection with Elk Neck Road, and thence southeast on Stradley
Road to the boundary line of election district 5.

(qq) Delegate district 43 shall elect two delegates and shall
consist of the following areas: election district 5 of Harford County;
precincts 4 and 5 of election district 3 of Harford County; election
districts 4, 6, 7, 8 and 9 of Cecil County; that part of election
district 3 of Cecil County that lies north of Route 40; that part
of election district 5 of Cecil County that lies north and west of the
following line: beginning at the intersection of Route 40 and the
boundary line of election district 3, thence west on Route 40 to its
intersection with Route 272, thence south on Route 272 (Main Street,
town of North East) to its intersection with Elk Neck Road, and
thence southeast on Stradley Road to the boundary line of election
district 5.

(rr) Delegate district 44 shall elect two delegates and shall
consist of the following areas of Baltimore City: precinct 7 of
ward 23; precincts 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 of ward 24;
and precincts 6, 6A, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19
of ward 25.

(ss) Delegate district 45 shall elect three delegates and shall
consist of the following areas of Baltimore City: wards 18, 19, 21
and 22 in their entirety; precincts 13,, 14,15, 18,19, 20, 21, 22, 28, 24
and 25 of ward 20; precincts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of ward 23; precinct
1 of ward 24; and precincts 1,2,3,4 and 5 of ward 25.

(tt) Delegate district 46 shall elect four delegates and shall
consist of the following areas of Baltimore City: precincts 6, 7, 8, 9,
10, 11 and 12 of ward 20; precincts 78, 79, 80, 81, 82, 83, 83A,
84, 85, 86, 87, 88, 89, 90, 91, 97, 98, 99, 100, 101, 102, 103, 104 and
105 of ward 27; and precincts 2, 2A, 2B, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9,10,11,12,12A,
13,13A, 13B, 14 and 15 of ward 28.
