An Act to provide that the members of the Howard County Zoning
Board shall consist of the members of the County Council; to provide
that the County Council may designate who is to act as Chairman
and Vice Chairman of the Zoning Board; to provide for an annual
election of the Chairman and Vice Chairman at the first meeting in
January.
