may designate. Elsewhere and at other times it is strictly prohibited. No
person will be permitted to bathe or swim in a County Park unless clad
in a suit that prevents indecent exposure of person. Clothes may be changed
only at bath houses.

(f)  Camping

Provided that a Departmental permit is first obtained, camps may be
established and cabins occupied in County Parks, but only at the place and
the period specified in the permit.

(g)  Private Water Craft

Except under Departmental permit, the use of private boats, canoes,
or other water craft on the waters of any County Park is prohibited.

(h) Commercial Enterprises

Except under Departmental permit obtained in advance, no person
may sell, or offer for sale, hire, lease, or let out object of merchandise or
boat designed or used for the transportation of passengers at any dock or
wharf under the jurisdiction of the Department of Recreation and Parks;
hire, leave, or let out to another person or concern any County property
or concession obtained under permit for personal use or operation.

(i) Fires

Except under Departmental permit obtained in advance, no person
shall kindle, build, maintain, or use a fire within any County Park in places
other than those provided or designated for the purpose. For as long as it
burns, every fire must be continuously under the care and direction of a
competent person over sixteen years of age. Before it is left, every fire
must be thoroughly extinguished.

The building or starting of any fires in public use areas in County
Parks may be prohibited by a Department or Police officer, when he con-
siders the fire danger warrants such action.

(j) Advertising

No ADVERTISING sign or notice may be erected or posted in a County
Park without permission in writing from the Department of Recreation
and Parks; nor shall any
NO musical instrument, radio, talking machine,
or drum
SHALL be operated, nor shall any noise NO NOISE WHICH IS
USED FOR ADVERTISING SHALL be made to attract attention to any
kind of
ADVERTISING exhibition. THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SUB-
SECTION ARE NOT TO BE CONSTRUED TO PROHIBIT THE OPERA-
TION OF ANY RADIO, TV, OR ANY MUSICAL INSTRUMENT FOR
PERSONAL USE.

(k) Lighted Cigars, Cigarettes, etc.

No person shall throw away or discard within a County Park any
lighted match, cigar, cigarette, or other burning object on or against any
structure, boat, vehicle, or enclosure, or under any tree, or in underbrush
or grass.

(l) Refuse and Rubbish

No person may throw, cast, lay, drop, or discharge into, or leave in
the waters within any County Park, or in any storm sewer or drain which
discharges into such waters, any substance matter, or thing, liquid or
solid, which may or shall result in the pollution of such waters.
