Anne Arundel County                          2593

Article IV, "Commercial Districts", to follow immediately after
Section 13 311.1 (a) (28) thereof, to
permit TO ALLOW sail
making as a permitted use in C1B—Community Retail Districts.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the County Council of Anne Arundel
County, Maryland,
That new Section 13-311.1 (a) (28A) be, and it is
hereby added to OF the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition
and Supplements), Title 13, "Planning and Zoning", Subtitle 3,
"Zoning Regulations", Article IV, "Commercial Districts", to follow
immediately after
Section 13 311.1 (a) (28) thereof BE AND IT IS
HEREBY REPEALED AND RE-ENACTED, WITH AMEND-
MENTS, to read as follows:

Section 13-311.1 (a)

(28A) Sail making.

(37) UPHOLSTERING SHOPS (INCLUDING SAIL MAK-
ING).

Section 2. And be it further enacted, That until said new Sub-
title 3 of said 1967 Code is adopted and becomes effective in all
Assessment Districts, said new Subtitle shall be designated as
"Alternate Zoning Regulations".

Section 3. And be it further enacted, That upon the adoption of
additional sections of this Subtitle, the Articles, Headings, Sections
and Subsections of this Ordinance may be renumbered or re-arranged
to establish an orderly numbering system for the entire Subtitle, and
cross references may be corrected (provided that no changes other
than typographical corrections may be made to the language or
substance thereof).

Section 4. And be it further enacted, That this Ordinance shall
take effect forty-five (45) days from the date it becomes law, only to
the extent that the provisions thereof take effect in each tax assess-
ment district, on a district by district basis, when the comprehensive
zoning maps are adopted and become effective in each of said tax
assessment districts.

AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to repeal Section 6-105 of the
Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title
6, "Crimes and Misdemeanors", Subtitle 1, "Generally", and to
enact new Section 6-105 in lieu thereof, to stand in the place of the
Section repealed, restricting the mooring of boats on County owned
wharves, providing penalties for the violation thereof, and matters
generally related thereto.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the County Council of Anne Arundel
County, Maryland,
