Sub-heading, "Other Special Exceptions", respectively, to permit
abbatoirs, mobile home parks, planned unit development and rifle,
pistol, skeet and archery ranges as special exceptions in RA—
Agricultural Residential Districts, to permit home occupations as
a permitted use in R5—Residential Districts, to permit planned
unit development as a special exception in R5—Residential Dis-
tricts, to permit certain automobile towing facilities and certain
trailers and/or truck rentals as special exceptions in C4—High-
way Commercial Districts, to permit drive-in theatres as a special
exception in W2—Light Industrial Districts, and to permit planned
commercial complexes and planned industrial development as
special exceptions in Deferred Development Districts, respectively;
and to repeal Sections 13-342 through 13-342.4, inclusive, of said
Code, Title, and Subtitle, Article XI, "Special Exceptions", Head-
ing, "Specific Standards", Sub-heading, "Planned Unit Develop-
ments" (originally enacted by Bill No. 93-70 as Sections 13-351.21
through 13-351.21D, inclusive) and to enact new Sections 13-342
through 13-342.4, inclusive, in lieu thereof, to stand in the place of
the Sections repealed, to set forth the uses permitted in Planned
Unit Developments and to clarify density, building coverage and
open-space requirements in Planned Unit Developments; and to
add new Section 13-326.6A to follow immediately after Section
13-326.6 (originally enacted by Bill No. 7-71 as Section 13-325.6)
of said Code, Title and Subtitle, Article VII, "Nonconformance",
to set forth the conditions under which certain uses would not be
classified as non-conformance; to repeal and re-enact, with amend-
ments, Sections 13-342.10 (2) (g) and (h) (originally enacted by
Bill No. 93-70 as Section 13-351.21J (2) (g) and (h)), 13-342.12
(2) (i) and (j) (originally enacted by Bill No. 93-70 as Section
13-351.21L (2) (i) and (j)) and 13-327.5 (a) (originally enacted
by Bill No. 44-70 as Section 13-320.5 (a)) of said Code, Title and
Subtitle, Article XI, "Special Exceptions", Heading, "Specific
Standards", Sub-heading, "Planned Unit Developments", Article
VIII, "Off-Street Parking", respectively to provide calculations for
green areas, building coverage and recreational space in the pre-
liminary and final plats for Planned Unit Developments, and to
make a technical correction; to provide for the adoption of zoning
maps, to re-designate the section numbers as originally adopted
(as added or amended), and to authorize additional renumbering
or re-arrangement or such sections of said Subtitle as may be
necessary or desirable to maintain an orderly numbering sequence
for the entire Subtitle, to make general technical changes made
necessary by the implementation of the entire Subtitle, to provide
that said Subtitle shall become effective in each Assessment District
as the zoning maps for the respective district become effective, to
provide penalties for violations of the provisions of said Subtitle,
to make general technical and/or editorial changes, and matters
generally related thereto.

44-70, 53-70, 54-70, 86-70, 93-70, 94-70, 134-70, 7-71, 8-71, 13-71,
