Section 8. And be it further enacted, That Section 13-303.2 of
said Code, Title and Subtitle, Article III, "Residential Districts",
Heading, "General Provisions", Subheading, "RA—Agricultural Res-
idential Districts", as added by Bill No. 18-70, be and it is hereby-
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

Section 13-303.2.

[Subject to the provisions of Article XI] The following special
exceptions shall be permitted in RA—Agricultural Residential
Districts:

(1)    Airports and airfields

(2)    Animal hospitals

(3)    Cemeteries

(4)    Child care homes [(more than six (6) children)].

(5)    Heliport and helipad
[(6)    Home occupations.]

(7)    Horses and ponies on twenty thousand (20,000) square
foot lots.

(8)    Kennels.

(9)    Public utilities and uses

(10)    Recreational camp grounds (commercial).

(11)    Recreational facilities (commercial).

(12)    Sand, gravel, clay or borrow pits.
[(13) Sanitary landfill.]

Section 9. And be it further enacted, That Section 13-304.1
(2) of said Code, Title, Subtitle, Article and Heading, Subheading,
"Rl-Residential Districts", as added by Bill No. 18-70, be and it is
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

Section 13-304.1.

(2) All uses set forth in Section 13-303.2 except heliports,
kennels, and sand, gravel, borrow and clay pits.

Section 10. And be it further enacted, That Section 13-304.4
(c) (4) of said Code, Title, Subtitle, Article, Heading and Subheading,
as added by Bill No. 18-70 be, and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:

Section 13-304.4 (c).

(4) All livestock shall be fenced; fences shall be located not
less than three feet (3') from all property lines and not less than six
feet (6') in height.

Section 11. And be it further enacted, That Section 13-305.1 (1)
of said Code, Title, Subtitle, Article and Heading, Sub-heading, "R2

Residential Districts", as added by Bill No. 18-70, be and it is hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as
follows:
