2548                            County Local Laws

Section 13 305.1.

(1) All uses set forth in Section 13-303.2, with the exception

of airports, airfields, animal hospitals, [heliports] and helipads,
commercial recreational camp grounds, and commercial recreational
establishments.

Section 11. And be it further enacted, That Section 13-336.1 of
said Code, Title, and Subtitle, Article IX, "Signs", Heading, "Gen-
eral Provisions", Subheading, "Signs Within Planned Unit De-
velopments", as added by Bill No. 17-71, be and it is hereby repealed
and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

[Section 13-336.1—] Sign Regulations for Single Family Detached,

Semi-detached, Duplex and Townhouse
[Districts] Developments

Section 13-336.1. All signs permitted in Section 13-328 of this Sub-
title shall be permitted in Single Family Detached, Semi-detached,
Duplex and Townhouse developments.

Section 12. And be it further enacted, That Section 13-337.3
(d) of said Code, Title and Subtitle, Article X, "Administration and
Procedures", as added by Bill No. 134-70, be, and it is hereby repealed
and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

Section 13-337.3.

(d) An application for map amendment shall not be accepted
for filing by the Office of Planning and Zoning if the application
fails to conform with any of the requirements of [Sections 1102.2—
1104.4] subsections (a), (b) and (c) of this Section, and Sections
13-837.4 and 13-337.5 of this Article,
inclusive, and shall be deemed
invalid and must be resubmitted during one of the submittal periods.
Acceptance shall be deemed mandatory if the applicant has fulfilled
all the application requirements.

Section 13. And be it further enacted, That Section 13-350 (a)
of said Code, Title and Subtitle, Article XI, "Special Exceptions",
Subheading, "General Provisions", as added by Bill No. 16-71, be
and it is hereby repealed; and that new Section 13-350 (a) be, and
it is hereby added to said Code, Title, Subtitle, Article and Sub-
heading, in lieu thereof, to stand in the place of the Section repealed,
to read as follows:

Section 13-350.

(a) The provisions of this Article are not intended to be ex-
clusive, but said provisions shall be applicable in conjunction with
the remaining provisions of this Subtitle.

Section 14. And be it further enacted, That Title 13, "Planning
and Zoning", Subtitle 3, "Zoning Regulations", as added or amended
by Bills Nos. 2-70, 18-70, 20-70, 38-70, 39-70, 44-70, 53-70, 54-70,
86-70, 93-70, 94-70, 134-70, 7-71, 8-71, 13-71, 16-71, 17-71, and 41-71,
be and they are hereby re-adopted, without amendments, provided
that said Subtitle shall have the section numbers, Articles, Headings
and Subheadings as hereinafter set forth:
