Section 13-314.2.

[Subject to the provisions of Article XI,] The following special
exceptions are permitted in a C4 Highway Commercial District.

(1)    All uses in conjunction with alcoholic beverage licenses.

(2)    Amusement parks.

(3)    Public utilities and structures.

(4)    Radio and television towers.

(5)    Rifle, pistol, skeet and archery ranges (indoor and out-
door) .

Section 13-319.2.

[Subject to the provisions of Article X,] The following special
exceptions shall be permitted in DD—Deferred Development Districts:

(1)    Amusement enterprises not including any permanent
structures.

(2)    Outdoor drive-in theatres.

(3)    Public utilities and uses.

(4)    Sand and gravel operations.
Section 13-322.1.

[Subject to the provisions of Article X,] The following special
exceptions shall be permitted in Maritime Group B Districts:

(1)    Alcoholic beverage uses.

(2)    Covered slips and covered storage.

(3)    Fuel sales.

(4)    Helipads.

(5)    Hotels and motels.

(6)    Recreational establishments (including commercial skeet,
rifle, archery and golf).

Section 13-327.

(f) Advertising signs not in conjunction with uses on the
property where located shall be set back not less than (200') from
the right-of-way, any public park, playground or square in C4—
Highway Commercial Districts and W3—Heavy Industrial Districts.
Such signs shall not exceed a height of twenty-five feet (250 above
grade, and shall not be located on, or visible from, any existing or
proposed dual lane highway.

Section 13-351.21H.

(1) Communal open space shall be regulated in accordance
with the provisions of Section 13-125.2 of this Subtitle.
