the section numbers as originally adopted, and to authorize
additional re-numbering or re-arrangement of such sections of
said Subtitle as may be necessary or desirable to maintain an
orderly numbering sequence for the entire Subtitle, to make general
technical changes made necessary or desirable to maintain an
orderly numbering sequence for the entire Subtitle, to make
general technical changes made necessary by the implementation
of the entire Subtitle, to provide that said Subtitle shall become
effective in each Assessment District as the zoning maps for the
respective district become effective, to provide penalties for vio-
lations of the provisions of said Subtitle, to make general technical
and/or editorial changes, and matters generally related thereto.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the County Council of Anne Arundel
County, Maryland, That Sections 13-300.1, 13-301.1, 13-330 and 13-
351.21E of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supple-
ments), Title 13, "Planning and Zoning", Subtitle 3, "Zoning Regu-
lations", respectively under Article I, "General Provisions and
Definitions", Article II, "Classes of Districts", Article IX, "Signs",
Heading, "Signs in Industrial Districts", and Article XI, "Special
Exceptions", Heading, "Specific Standards", Sub-heading, "Planned
Unit Developments", as added by Bills Nos. 2-70, 17-71 and 93-70,
respectively, be and they are hereby designated by the new captions
hereinafter set forth, respectively, to read as follows:

Section 13-300.1. Minimum Requirements

Section 13-301.1. Zoning Maps

Section 13-330. Permitted Signs in Wl—Industrial Districts

Section 13-351.21E. Planned Unit Design

Section 2. And be it further enacted, That new heading captions
for Section, 13-337 through 13-337.7, inclusive, and 13-338.2 through
13-338.12, inclusive, respectively, of said Code, Title and Subtitle,
Article X, "Administration and Procedures", as added by Bill No.
134-70, be and they are hereby designated to read as follows:

For Sections 13-338.2 through 13-338.13, inclusive "Procedure—

Section 3. And be it further enacted, That Sections 13-301 (2)
(a) and (d), (3) and (4) (c) and (d) of said Code, Title and Subtitle,
Article II, "Classes of Districts", as added by Bill No. 2-70, be and
they are hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
