Multi-Family Districts", Article IV, "Commercial Districts", Head-
ing, "C1—Local Retail Districts", "C2—Commercial Office Dis-
tricts", "C3—General Commercial Districts", "C4—Highway
Commercial Districts", Article VI, "Special Districts", Heading,
"DD—Deferred Development Districts", "MB—Maritime Group
B. Districts", Article IX, "Signs", Heading, "General Provisions",
as added by Bills Nos. 18-70, 39-70, 54-70, 13-71, 17-71 and 93-70,
to make technical and/or editorial corrections; to repeal and
re-enact, with amendments, Section 13-303.2 of said Code, Title and
Subtitle, Article III, "Residential Districts", Heading "General
Provisions", Subheading, "RA—Agricultural Residential Districts",
as added by Bill No. 18-70, to make a technical correction, to permit
child care homes and to eliminate home occupations and sanitary
landfills as permitted uses in Agricultural Residential Districts,
to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 13-304.1 (2) of
said Code, Title, Subtitle, Article and Heading, Subheading, "R1
—Residential Districts", as added by Bill No. 18-70, to eliminate
the use of heliports by special exception in R1—Residential Dis-
tricts; to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 13-304.4
(c) (4) of said Code, Title, Subtitle, Article, Heading and Sub-
heading, as added by Bill No. 18-70, to establish a height require-
ment for fencing livestock in Rl—Residential Districts; to repeal
and re-enact, with amendments, Section 13 305.1 (1) of said
Code,
Title, Subtitle, Article and
Heading, Sub-heading, "R2Residential

Districts", as added by Bill No. 18-70, to eliminate the use of heli-

ports by special exception in R2Residential Districts; to repeal
and re-enact, with amendments, Section 13-336.1 of said Code, Title
and Subtitle, Article IX, "Signs", Heading, "General Provisions",
Subheading, "Signs Within Planned Unit Developments", as added
by Bill No. 17-71, to correct the section caption, and to set forth the
signs permitted in single family, detached, semi-detached, duplex
and townhouse developments; to repeal and re-enact, with amend-
ments, Section 13-337.3 (d) of said Code, Title and Subtitle,
Article X, "Administration and Procedures", as added by Bill No.
134-70, to correct a cross-reference; to repeal Section 13-350 (a)
of said Code, Title and Subtitle, Article XI, "Special Exceptions",
Sub-heading, "General Provisions", as added by Bill No. 16-71, and
to enact new Section 13-350 (a) in lieu thereof, to stand in the
place of the section repealed, to clarify the intent of said Article XI;
to re-enact, without amendments (except as hereinabove set forth),
the said Title 13, "Planning and Zoning", Subtitle 3, "Zoning
Regulations", as added or amended by Bills Nos. 2-70, 18-70, 20-70,
38-70, 39-70, 44-70, 53-70, 54-70, 86-70, 93-70, 94-70, 134-70, 7-71,
8-71, 13-71, 16-71, 17-71 and 41-71, to re-adopt new zoning regula-
tions setting forth the various zoning classifications and land uses
within said classifications, to set standards and limitation of said
uses; to provide for the adoption of zoning maps, to re-designate
