(3)    Farming AND NURSERIES including truck gardening,
grazing of livestock and other related SUCH activities provided such
use does not change the stability of the land. Such uses with the
exception of grazing shall not be permitted within the natural
drainage system.

(4)    Non-residential structures (including barns, stables, or
kennels) for the shelter, breeding, boarding, hiring or sale of ani-
mals and for storage of crops raised on premises. Such uses shall
not be permitted within the Natural Drainage System.

(5)    Permanent structures for the uses listed in Subsection (10)
hereof provided such structures are not located within the Natural
Drainage System (not to include produce stands).

(6)    Private NON-PROFIT Camps (including dormitories,
cabins and structures for administrative maintenance and custodial
activities of said camp), PROVIDED SUCH STRUCTURES ARE
NOT LOCATED WITHIN THE NATURAL DRAINAGE SYSTEM.

(7)    Public Beaches.

(8)    Right-of-way and/or easements to provide for access to in-
accessible areas.

(9)    Structures for administrative and custodial uses of the prin-
cipal use of the site provided building coverage including parking
does not exceed twenty percent (20%) of the site AND SUCH
STRUCTURES ARE NOT LOCATED WITHIN THE NATURAL
DRAINAGE SYSTEM.

(10)    Temporary structures for boating, swimming, fishing and
hunting, golf courses, ice skating, nature study, picnic areas, play
areas, stables and stands for the sale of products raised on the
premises.

(11)    Other recreational, AND conservation and temporary
uses and
structures consistent with the objectives of an Open Space
District, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE ABOVE USES.

Section 4. And be it further enacted, That Section 13-318.2
(1) of said Code, Title, Subtitle, Article and Heading be and it is
hereby repealed.

Section 5. And be it further enacted, That in accordance with
the provisions of Section 21-31 of the Anne Arundel County Code
(1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 21, "General Provisions, Pen-
alties and Rules of Interpretation", Subtitle 3, "Rules of Interpreta-
tion", the catchlines or section headings of the several sections of
this Ordinance are intended as mere catchwords to indicate the
contents of said section, and shall not be deemed or taken to be
titles of such sections, nor as any part of said section.

Section 6. And be it further enacted, That upon the adoption
of additional sections of this Subtitle, the Articles, Headings, Sections
and Subsections of this Ordinance may be renumbered or re-arranged
to establish an orderly numbering system for the entire Subtitle, and
