Section 2. And be it further enacted, That new Section 1-217
(a) (155) be and it is hereby added to said Code, Title, Subtitle and
Article, to follow immediately after Section 1-217 (a) (154) thereof,
to read as follows:

Section 1-217 (a).

(155) Assessor's Aide. Graduation from a recognized high
school and two (2) years of college training in engineering, mathe-
matics, accounting, or related fields. Experience appraisal work in
real estate, insurance or mortgages may be substituted for the college
training on a year for year basis; or any equivalent combination of
education and experience.

Section 3. And be it further enacted, That this Ordinance shall
take effect forty-five (45) days from the date it becomes law.

Bill No. 75-71

AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to repeal and re-enact, with
amendments, Section 17-706 (b) (7) to the Anne Arundel County
Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 17, "Taxation", Sub-
title 7, "Miscellaneous Taxes", as added by Bill No. 25-71, to correct
a technical error.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the County Council of Anne Arundel
County, Maryland, That Section 17-706 (b) (7) of the Anne Arundel
County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 17, "Taxa-
tion", Subtitle 7, "Miscellaneous Taxes", as added by Bill No. 25-71
be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to
read as follows:
