firm or remains employed by such firm or corporation on a regular
forty (4,0) hour or more per week basis. Any license issued to a firm
or corporation pursuant to the provisions of this section shall show on
its face both the name of the firm or corporation and the name of the
individual who has qualified for the class of license so issued.
(c) A licensee with a Master General Electrician license shall
not surrender such license for the purpose of permitting the issuance
of a Master General license to a different firm or corporation more
than one (1) time during any twelve-month period.
Section 12-820.
In addition to the payment of the license fee, each [licensee]
licensed Master Electrician General or Restricted Electrician shall
file with the director a penal bond to the County in the sum of one
thousand dollars ($1,000.00), conditioned upon the faithful perform-
ance of any and all work entered upon or contracted by the licensee
and to save harmless the owner or real party in interest in the prop-
erty or structure within or for which the licensee shall provide work
or materials from loss, damage or injury which shall arise through
want of skill or through failure to use proper material in the perform-
ance of the work by the licensee. No license for a Master Electrician
General or Restricted Electrician or renewal thereof shall be issued
until such bond is filed. If, for any reason, such bond becomes in-
effective, then in such event, the license shall be void and of no effect.
Section 3. And be it further enacted, That Section 12-811 of
said Code, Title and Subtitle, Article III, "Licenses", be, and it is
hereby repealed, and new Section 12-811 of said Code, Title, Subtitle
and Article be, and it is hereby enacted in lieu thereof, to stand in
the place of the Section repealed, to read as follows:
Section 12-811.
(a) There shall be three (3) classes of electrician's licenses:
(1) Master General Electrician.
(2) Master Limited Electrician.
(3) Restricted Electrician.
(b) A Master General Electrician's license may be issued to
any applicant eligible under this Subtitle. Any firm or corporation
shall be entitled to receive said license only if at least one (1) of its
employees is the holder of a Master General Electrician's license.
Such license shall authorize the holder to perform (or have performed
under his supervision) any of the work described in Section 12-800
of this Subtitle.
(c) A Master Limited Electrician's license may be issued to
any person, firm or corporation, and shall specify the representative
or representatives supervising the work authorized by the license.
Such license shall authorize the holder to perform (or to have per-
formed under the direction of its designated representative) any of
