Appeals, shall not be entitled to re-examination until the follow-
ing periods have elapsed from the date of the preceding examination:
(a) After first examination, not less than three (3) months.
(b) After second examination, not less than six (6) months.
(c) After third examination, not less than twelve (12) months.
Section 12-817.
Each applicant who has taken a written examination shall be
notified by the director, as soon as practicable thereafter, of the
grade which he received in such examination. Each applicant who
has received a passing grade shall be notified that upon his pay-
ment within (60) days of the appropriate license fee, he shall be
issued the license for which he was examined. The fees for the
[two] three (3) classes of licenses shall be as follows:
(a) Master General Electrician
Original issuance fee .......................................... $35.00
Annual renewal fee.............................................. 25.00
(b) Master Electrician—Limited
Original issuance fee.......................................... $25.00
Annual renewal fee.............................................. 15.00
[(b)] (c) Restricted Electrician
Original issuance fee .......................................... $15.00
Annual renewal fee ............................................ 10.00
Section 12-818.
The license year for [both master and restricted] all electrician
licenses shall run from May first through April thirtieth. Any person
granted either class of license under the provisions of the Chapter
shall, unless such license or a renewal thereof has been suspended or
revoked, be granted a renewal as a matter of course and without
examination provided the application for renewal is made by the
holder of the license prior to midnight of April thirtieth of each year.
Any license which has not been renewed by midnight of April thir-
tieth may, in the discretion of the director, be renewed prior to
midnight of May thirty-first upon the payment of the licensee of the
renewal fee plus a delinquency penalty of ten dollars ($10.00). Any
licensee who has not renewed his license prior to midnight of May
thirty-first shall be required to submit to written examination as a
prerequisite to securing a license thereafter.
Section 12-819.
(a) [Either] Any class of license may be issued to a firm or
corporation if a member or employee thereof has met all the qualifica-
tions required by this Chapter from the class of license desired.
A license so issued to such firm or corporation shall be of the same
class as that for which the member or employee is so qualified and
shall be valid only so long as such person remains a member of such
