2446                            County Local Laws

(2)    Sufficient access shall be provided to avoid congestion of
local streets in adjacent residential areas.

(3)    The property accommodating such use shall not be located
within four hundred feet (400') of a Residential District.

(4)    Separate vehicular entrances and exits shall be provided
not less than fifty feet (500 from any street intersection.

(5)    No rides or other apparatus shall be located less than fifty
feet (50') from any lot line, or less than one hundred feet (100')
from any residential lot line.

(6)    No automobile parking space shall be located within any
required setback area, nor within fifty feet (50') of any residential
lot line.

(7)    A minimum lot area of one (1) acre shall be provided.
Section 13-352.4. Animal Hospitals.

Animal hospitals shall be permitted in RA and Rl Residential
Districts provided:

(1)    Buildings, enclosed coops and runs for the housing or shel-
ter of animals and fowl shall be located not less than fifty feet (50')
from any other residential district line.

(2)    The housing of animals shall not be permitted within the
required setback area.

(3)    Unenclosed coops and runs shall be located not less than
one hundred feet (100') from any residential property line.

(4)    Outdoor facilities shall be screened from residences in
accordance with Section 211.1 of this Subtitle.

(5)    Such uses shall not create a nuisance (due to sound or
odor) to surrounding residential properties.

Section 13-352.5. Automobile Filling Stations.

(a)    Automobile filling stations may be permitted in Town Cen-
ter Zones, provided:

(1)    The facility shall be enclosed in a parking structure.

(2)    The facility shall be located not less than one-half (½)
mile from any other filling station.

(3)    Signs shall be limited to those permitted for the principal
structure as set forth in Section 13-326 of this Subtitle.

(b)    Such uses shall be permitted in C-1B Community Retail
Districts and C3 General Commercial Districts and W-1B Industrial
Development Districts, provided:

(1) Any lot used for an automobile filling station shall have
not less than one hundred fifty feet (150') of frontage along all
streets, and a lot area of not less than twenty-two thousand five
hundred (22,500) square feet.
