(2)    A landscaped and suitably planted yard measuring not less
than ten feet (10') in width, shall be provided adjacent to the right-
of-way of any street abutting such use.

(3)    No filling station shall be permitted at the intersection of
local streets; but such use may be located at the intersection of a
collector street and an arterial road or major highway.

(4)    All equipment and service apparatus shall be enclosed
within a structure.

(5)    Service bays shall be oriented to the rear or side property
lines.

(6)    No structure may be located less than forty feet (40')
from any street line, not less than twenty-five feet (25') from any
other structure, and not less than ten feet (10') from all other prop-
erty lines.

(7)    Pumps shall be not less than twenty-five feet (25') from all
street lines, and pump islands shall be not less than twenty feet
(20') apart.

(8)    No pumps or pump islands shall be less than twenty-five
feet (25') from any structure not used primarily as an automobile
filling station.

(9)    Canopies over pump islands shall not project less than
fifteen feet (15') from any street line.

(10)    Driveways shall be not less than twenty feet (20') from
side and rear property lines, and not less than fifty feet (50') from
any intersecting street lines; such driveways shall be not less than
fifteen feet (15') nor more than thirty feet (30') wide, and separated
by not less than twenty-five feet (25') on each street.

(11)    Curbing shall be provided along all sides of required yards,
and shall be maintained in good condition at all times.

(12)    All portions of the lot used for storage or service of
automobiles (except required yards other than where crossed by
driveways) or for public walks shall be paved with a permanent
surface of concrete or asphalt.

(13)    Residual portions of a lot not used for storage or service
shall be landscaped in accordance with the provisions of Subsection
(15) of this Section; such areas shall be kept sightly and free of
automobiles, parts, trash, litter, refuse, signs and similar materials.
Unpaved areas shall be separated from paved areas by a curb or other
barrier.

(14)    If such use abuts a residential zone or institutional premise
and is not effectively screened by natural terrain, the use shall be
screened with the following:

(i) A solid brick or stone wall or a well constructed opaque
fence not less than five feet (5') nor more than eight feet (8') in
height, and
