2388                            County Local Laws

THAT SAID CASH HAS BEEN DEPOSITED IN COMPLIANCE
WITH, AND SUBJECT TO, THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SEC-
TION.

(4)    CASH DEPOSITS WILL BE RETURNED AND SUR-
ETY BONDS CONFIRMED UPON COMPLETION OF ALL WORK
OF THE PERMIT AND THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE
OF COMPLETION BY THE BUILDING OFFICIAL.

(5)    THE GRADING PERMIT MAY PROVIDE FOR PAR-
TIAL RELEASE OF THE DEPOSIT OR THE AMOUNT OF
BOND UPON THE COMPLETION ACCEPTANCE OF THE
VARIOUS STAGES OF DEVELOPMENT AS SPECIFICALLY
DELINEATED, DESCRIBED, AND SCHEDULED ON THE
PLANS. INTERIM CERTIFICATES OF PARTIAL COMPLE-
TION WILL BE NEEDED TO AUTHORIZE SUCH RELEASE.

(b) The bond shall include the following provisions:

(a) Forfeiture for failure to complete the work specified in
accordance with the grading permit.

(b) The applicant shall comply with all of the provisions of
this Subtitle, and all other applicable laws and ordinances.

(c) The applicant shall comply with all of the terms and condi-

tions of the grading permit.

(d) Any extension of completion time under Section 12-2015 (1)

shall not release the applicant or surety on the bond.

(e) The Applicant and Surety shall continue to be firmly bound
under a continuing obligation for the
payment of all necessary costs
and expenses or liabilities which may be
incurred or expended by the
Department of Inspections and Permits on behalf of Anne Arundel

County to meet the minimum requirements of this article with par-

ticular emphasis on stability, safety and erosion control.

(3) The bond shall remain in full force and effect until the

completion of the work to the specifications required. If all work of
the permit is not completed within the time specified therein, or is
otherwise provided for in Section 12-2015 or violates any other term
or condition, payment in full to Anne Arundel County may be
ordered.

The funds so received shall be used by the County for defraying the

cost of restoration of the site.

(1)    THE APPLICANT SHALL COMPLY WITH ALL OF
THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SUBTITLE, AND ALL OTHER
APPLICABLE LAWS AND ORDINANCES; AND

(2)    THE APPLICANT SHALL COMPLY WITH ALL OF
THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE GRADING PERMIT;
AND

(3)    ANY EXTENSION OF COMPLETION TIME PUR-
SUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 12-2014 (a) SHALL
NOT RELEASE THE APPLICANT; AND
