VERIFIED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF INSPECTIONS AND
PERMITS.

(h) Adequate plans of (i) all drainage provisions, retaining
walls, cribbing, vegetative practices, erosion and sediment control
measures, or other protective devices to be constructed in connection
with, or as part of, the proposed work; (ii) a map showing the
drainage area of land tributary to the site; and (iii) estimated
runoff of the area served by any drains. Complete storm drainage
studies shall be submitted for the site, if not previously submitted,
as required by this Subtitle IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PRO-
VISIONS OF TITLE 13 OF THIS CODE, SUBTITLE 1, "SUB-
DIVISIONS".

(i) A grading plan for borrow pits, quarries and material
processing facilities based on the findings and evaluations of the
soil investigation report.

(j) An appropriate legend.

(k) The plan of the site including a one hundred foot (100')
adjacent peripheral strip and showing existing topography at a
contour interval as hereinafter set forth:

(i) Where the site and the peripheral strip contains grades
which average three percent (3%) or less, contours shall have not
less MORE that a one foot (1') interval.

(ii) Where slopes on the site and its peripheral strip average
more than three percent (3%) through but less than sixteen percent
(16%), contours shall have not less MORE than a two foot (20
interval.

(iii) Where the grade on the site and its peripheral strip average
more than sixteen percent (16%), contours must have not less MORE
than a five foot ('5') interval.

(1) Such supplemental reports, data and/or additional infor-
mation as the Department of Inspections and Permits (acting
pursuant to the recommendation of the Department of Public Works)
may require to insure the adequacy of the proposed plan. Such
reports, data and/or additional information may require that the
following be prepared by a registered Professional Engineer employed
by or under contract with the applicant.

(M) THE PLAN SHALL PROVIDE FOR EROSION AND
SEDIMENT CONTROL MEASURES THROUGHOUT ALL
PHASES OF DEVELOPMENT:

(i) PHASE I—STRIPPING AND/OR CLEARING

(ii) PHASE II—ROUGH GRADING AND CONSTRUCTION

(iii) PHASE III—FINAL GRADING AND VEGETATIVE
ESTABLISHMENT

(iv) PHASE IV—MAINTENANCE
