FORMATION IF, IN ITS JUDGMENT, SUCH INFORMATION
WOULD SERVE NO USEFUL PURPOSE FOR THE PARTIC-
ULAR PROJECT AND THE WAIVER THEREOF DOES NOT
CONTRAVENE THE PURPOSES OF THIS SUBTITLE). IN THE
CASE OF BORROW, SAND AND GRAVEL PITS AND QUAR-
RIES, IT SHALL BE NECESSARY TO SET FORTH ONLY
THOSE REQUIREMENTS AS ARE DEEMED NECESSARY BY
THE DEPARTMENT OF INSPECTIONS AND PERMITS, THE
ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY SOIL CONSERVATION DISTRICT
AND (WHERE APPLICABLE), THE STATE DEPARTMENT
OF NATURAL RESOURCES (OR ITS SUCCESSOR) IN ORDER
TO PREVENT OFF-SITE DAMAGE, THE SEDIMENTATION
OF NATURAL STREAM OR WATERCOURSES, AND TO PRO-
VIDE ADEQUATE EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL
MEASURES AT THE CONCLUSION OF APPLICANTS' ACTIV-
ITIES.
(1) A vicinity sketch in such detail to easily locate the prop-
erty, indicating North arrow and scale.
(2) A boundary line survey tied to the Anne Arundel County
coordinate, of any site for which a permit is sought; on approved
and recorded subdivision lots, a copy of the officially recorded plat
shall be submitted.
(3) A plan of the site at a scale of not less than one inch (1")
to one hundred feet (100') showing:
(a) Name, address and telephone number of the owner, de-
veloper and applicant.
(b) A time schedule indicating the anticipated starting and
completion dates of the development sequence in accordance with
the provisions of Section 12-2006 (m), and the time of exposure of
each area prior to the completion of effective erosion and sediment
control measures.
(c) The estimated total cost of the intended construction, in-
cluding the estimated cost of grading, filling and the required con-
trols.
(d) Location of any EXISTING buildings or structures, util-
ities, sewers, water and storm drains on the site where the work is
to be performed.
(e) Location of any building or structure within one hundred
feet (100') of the site.
(f) Elevations, dimensions, location, extent and the slope of
all proposed grading (including, but not limited to, building and
driveway grades, utilities, sewer, water and storm drains), all clearly
indicated with finished contours at the same interval as required
or used for existing topography.
(g) A certification by a Professional Engineer THE ESTI-
MATE of the quantity of excavation and fill involved SHALL BE
