Section 12-2004. APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS.
Prior to the issuance of a grading permit, an original and nine
(9) copies of every THE ORIGINAL application shall be submitted
to the Department of Inspections and Permits TOGETHER WITH
A SUFFICIENT NUMBER OF COPIES OF SAID APPLICATION
AS MAY BE REQUIRED BY SAID DEPARTMENT. Such applica-
tion shall be accompanied by the following:
(1) A general format INFORMATION STATEMENT of the
project, in accordance with the provisions of Section 12-2005.
(2) Plans and specifications TO THE DETAIL NECES-
SARY, in accordance with the provisions of Section 12-2006.
(3) The required fees, in accordance with the provisions of
Section 12-2009.
(4) The written approval of the Maryland STATE Department
of Water NATURAL Resources, OR ITS SUCCESSOR (where ap-
plicable).
(5) A bond, in accordance with the provisions of Article III
of this Subtitle.
(6) A right of entry to Anne Arundel County for restoration
of the site upon default.
Section 12-2005. GENERAL FORMAT OF THE PROJECT IN-
FORMATION STATEMENT.
For the purpose of this Subtitle, the general format of the project
THE GENERAL INFORMATION STATEMENT required by Sec-
tion 12-2004 (1) hereof shall consist of the following:
(1) The proposed area of development.
(2) The proposed grading to be accomplished, and
(3) The necessary provision for drainage, erosion and sediment
control, and vegetative establishments.
(4) The following provisions for erosion and sediment control
measures throughout all phases of development:
(a) Phase I—stripping and/or clearing
(b) Phase II—rough grading and construction
(c) Phase III—final grading a vegetative establishment
(d) Phase IV—maintenance
(e) A proposed time schedule for each of said phases.
Section 12-2006. PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
The plans and specifications accompanying the grading permit
application shall set forth the following INFORMATION (PRO-
VIDED THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF INSPECTIONS AND
