2350                                Municipal Charters

respectively from the five subdivisions described herein below. Each such
Councilman shall reside in and be duly elected from the particular sub-
division from which he becomes a candidate for office. The ballots or the
voting machines shall be so arranged that the voters in any one subdivision
shall be eligible to vote only for those candidates for the City Council
coming from the particular subdivisions. That candidate in each of the
several subdivisions who receives the highest number of votes for the Coun-
cilman shall be declared to be the Councilman from the said subdivision.
The several subdivisions shall have the boundaries as described below:

1.   The northwestern portion of the town extending west of Addison
Road and north of Roosevelt Avenue to the town limits.

WARD ONE: That sector of the Town which lies between the follow-
ing boundaries: From the furthest most Northeast point of George Palmer
Highway, thence Southwest along the west side of George Palmer High-
way to Eastern Avenue, thence Northwest along the east side of Eastern
Avenue to the Town boundary line.

2.   The northern portion of the town extending east from Addison
Road and north from Palmer Highway to the town limits.

WARD TWO: That sector of the Town which lies between the follow-
ing boundaries: From "D" Street at its Southeastern point where it inter-
sects with Addison Road, Eastward to the Cabin Branch, thence along
the Cabin Branch to east side Cabin Branch Drive, thence Northward on
Cabin Branch Drive to George Palmer Highway, thence westward along
the south side of George Palmer Highway to where it intersects to Addi-
son Road.

3.   That portion of the town bounded on the southwest by the town
limits; on the northwest by Roosevelt Avenue, on the northeast by Addi-
son Road and on the southeast by "D" Street extended.

WARD THREE: That sector of the Town which lies between the fol-
lowing boundaries: From the south side of Addison Road from George
Palmer Highway, southeastward to Central Avenue, thence Southwest-
ward along the Town boundary to Eastern Avenue, thence along Eastern
Avenue to the east side of George Palmer Highway, thence Northwestward
along George Palmer Highway to Addison Road.

4.   That portion of the town bounded on the northwest by Palmer
Highway, on the northeast by the town limits, on the southeast by "D"
Street, and on the southwest by Addison Road. Also, that land bounded on
the west by the main stem of Cabin Branch Creek which forms the present
boundary of the town, and on the south and east by "F" Street and on
the north by the tributary of Cabin Branch Creek which enters said Creek
at Palmer Highway.

WARD FOUR: That sector of the Town which lies between the follow-
ing boundaries: From the north side of Cabin Branch Drive where it meets
George Palmer Highway, Southeastward to "F" Street, thence North-
eastward along "F" Street to Hill Road, thence along Hill Road to the
Town boundary which extends Northwestward to George Palmer Highway.

5.   That portion of the town between "D" Street (and "D" Street
extended) and Central Avenue (where boundaries of subdivisions are des-
ignated by streets, the center line of the street is assumed as the actual
boundary).
