2.   All development activities to be undertaken on said sites will be
done in full compliance with Federal Labor Standards.

3.   All development activities to be undertaken on said sites will be
done in compliance with the Prince George's County Beautification Pro-
gram,

4.   Equal employment opportunity requirements of the Department
of Housing and Urban Development will be adhered to in all work under-
taken in the development of open space land.

5.   Construction requirements of the Department of Housing and
Urban Development will be adhered to in all work undertaken in the de-
velopment of open space land.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor of the Town of Seat
Pleasant is hereby authorized to enter into a binding agreement with
Prince George's County to undertake and carry out the development of
said open space land in accordance with the Prince George's County
Beautification Program.

This is to certify that, on motion of Councilman McNeal, seconded by
Councilman Mrs. Radivo, with 3 Councilmen voting in favor of the motion
(except Councilman McDaniel who was absent), the foregoing resolu-
tion was adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Seat
Pleasant at its special meeting held in Seat Pleasant, Maryland, on Wednes-
day, May 20, 1970 at which meeting (3) of the (4) members were present.

ADOPTED this 20th day of May, 1970.

Resolution No. 70-02

A Resolution and Ordinance to Repeal Section 68-8 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Prince George's County, Maryland (1963 Edi-
tion), titled "Seat Pleasant" subtitled "Councilmanic subdivision,"
and to enact in lieu thereof a new section to be known as Section
68-8 of said Code, to stand in the place and stead of the section so
repealed, setting forth the Councilmanic subdivisions.

Section 1. BE IT RESOLVED, ENACTED AND ORDAINED that
Section 68-8 of the Code of Public Laws of Prince George's County, Mary-
land (1963 Edition), titled "Seat Pleasant" and subtitled "Councilmanic
subdivision," said section also being Section 68-8 of the Charter of the
Town of Seat Pleasant, Maryland, be and it is hereby repealed and that a
new Section 68-8 be and it is hereby enacted in lieu thereof, to stand in
the place and stead of the section so repealed, and to read as follows:

68-8. Councilmanic subdivisions.

The election of the Mayor and several Councilmen of Seat Pleasant
shall be conducted at a single central polling place where the qualified
voters from the entire town shall register and vote. Two of the seven
Councilmen shall be selected at large and candidates for such positions
shall have their names placed upon the ballot or upon the voting machine
for all residents of the town. The other five Councilmen shall be chosen
