contained in Resolution No. 127 be and the same is hereby amended by
deleting the following courses and distances so as to exclude the land of
Mrs. Edith West:

one thousand six hundred and fifty-four decimal five, five (1,654.55)
feet to a point on the northerly right of way line of North Park Drive Ex-
tended; thence along said right of way line South six degrees thirty-four
minutes forty-eight seconds East eight hundred and fifty-five decimal
zero, three (855.03) feet.

Section 2. AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SALISBURY, That said Resolution No. 127 be amended
by inserting in lieu of the description deleted by Section 1 hereof, the
following:

seven hundred and sixty-nine decimal eight, seven (769.87) feet to
a point south of Beaglin Park Drive; thence South eighty degrees
thirty-two minutes zero seconds West five hundred and eighteen decimal
one, eight (518.18) feet to a point inside the fork of the road formed by
Beaglin Park Drive and North Park Drive; thence South eighteen de-
grees twenty-two minutes fifty-eight seconds West two hundred and
fifty decimal zero, two (250.02) feet to a point on the easterly right-of-
way-line of North Park Drive Extended; thence along said right-of-way-
line South six degrees thirty-four minutes forty-eight seconds East one
thousand three hundred and thirty-six decimal two, six (1,336.26) feet.

Section 3. AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SALISBURY, That this resolution shall take effect on
the effective date of said Resolution No. 127 and in all other respects
Resolution No. 127 is hereby ratified and confirmed.

The above resolution was introduced and read and passed at the regu-
lar meeting of the Council of The City of Salisbury, held on the 22nd day of
June, 1970.

contiguous to and binding upon the Easterly corporate Limits of The
City of Salisbury, popularly known as "East Main Street Area", and
bounded on the East by the Banks' Market property, and being bounded
