vided, or following a referendum, the President of the Commissioners of
Perryville shall send separately by registered mail to the Secretary of
State of Maryland and to the Department of Legislative Reference, the fol-
lowing information concerning the charter amendments.

1.    The complete text of Section 291 and Section 292 I, of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Cecil County, 1961 as hereby amended.

2.    The date of the referendum election, if any, held with respect
thereto.

3.    The number of votes cast for and against the question contain-
ing the Charter amendment whether by the Commissioners of the Town of
Perryville or in a referendum.

4.    The effective date of the Charter amendments.

The Charter amendments enacted by the aforegoing Resolution shall
become effective 3-24-71.

QUEENSTOWN

I, Linden S. Gabler, President of the Town Commissioners of Queens-
town, a municipal corporation of the State of Maryland, in accordance with
the provisions regarding annexation and registration of corporate bound-
aries as set forth in Article 23A, Section 19 (n) and Section 17 do hereby
submit for registration the original corporate boundaries and the new cor-
porate boundaries of the Town of Queenstown to wit:

Original Boundaries: Beginning at the foot of Old Wharf Lane and
running thence with the lines of the creek shore in a westerly direction
until it intersects the divisional line between the lands of William McKen-
ney and the land of William McConnor, thence with said division line ex-
tended in a southeasterly course across the "Gallows Field Farm" of Wil-
liam Hannetta De May, until it reaches point in a straight line northeast
with the extreme southern boundary of George Shepherd's land, thence due
northeast with the line of George Shepherd's property until it intersects the
southwest side of the Wye Neck Public Road, thence down the Southwest
side of the said road toward the town until it reaches a point on the south-
west side of said road opposite the thorn hedge on the lower line of the
farm of Hiram G. Dudley, and then across the Wye Neck Road, and fol-
lowing the boundary line of said farm until it reaches the public road
leading to Centreville, and along said road leading to Centreville until it
reaches a point opposite the south or southwest boundary of the Old
Wharf Lane, and thence on the south or southwest side of said Wharf Lane
to the point of beginning.

New Corporate Boundaries: Beginning at a point marked by a con-
crete monument, said point being on the lands of Helen Burgess and
Queenstown Creek at a distance of 300 feet, more or less, North of Queens-
town Landing Road and thence South 51° 37' 40" East a distance of 2,400
feet, more or less, passing through concrete monument at the Northeast
corner of the lands of the Queenstown Volunteer Fire Company, to the
