and 275 feet distant at right angles to Susquehanna Avenue the three fol-

thence running parallel and 300 feet distant at right angles to Susque-
hanna Avenue the three following courses and distances, South 11 degrees
23 minutes 34 seconds West 481.53 feet to a point, South 16 degrees 49
minutes 08 seconds West 673.45 feet to a point, and South 32 degrees 57
minutes 41 seconds East 500 feet more or less to the shore line of the
Susquehanna River, thence binding on said shore line 1800 feet more or less
to the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad, thence still binding on said shore line
2500 feet more or less to the General Pulaski Highway (U.S. Route No.
40), thence still binding on said shore line 3800 feet more or less to the
Philadelphia, Baltimore and Washington Railroad and running thence in
an easterly direction by and with the northerly boundary line of Perry
Point United States Veterans Hospital, (as said boundary is described in
a deed of conveyance from Katherine W. Magraw, et al. to the United
States of America in deed dated April 22, 1918 and recorded in the Land
Records of Cecil County in Liber W.G.P. No. 1, Folio 122), 4011.46 feet,
more or less to a stone marking the end of the third or South 73 degrees
35 minutes 54 seconds East 1531.89 foot line of the aforementioned con-
veyance from Joseph Coudon, M.D., to The Commissioners of Perryville,
thence binding on the fourth through the eighteenth line thereof South 72
degrees 59 minutes 26 seconds East 92.03 feet; South 76 degrees 03 minutes
48 seconds East 220.43 feet; North 77 degrees 24 minutes 54 seconds East
31.03 feet; North 12 degrees 36 minutes 23 seconds West 138.42 feet;
North 56 degrees 03 minutes 20 seconds East 172.35 feet; South 88 de-
grees 45 minutes 48 seconds East 164.03 feet; North 70 degrees 25 minutes
