Petition for Annexation of Land

To the Honorable, The Mayor and Council of Easton:

WE, the undersigned, being registered voters and/or residents and/
or owners of various pieces and parcels of land bounded generally on the
North by High Street, and on the East by U.S. Route 50 (known as
"Ocean Gateway") and by Hickory Ridge Road, and on the South by
Chesapeake Avenue and certain lands owned by the Mayor and Council
of Easton, and on the West by certain lands owned by Seymour Builders,
Inc. (formerly owned by Ethel M. Roe) and lands owned by Ss. Peter
and Paul's Church, which lands are more fully shown on a Plat prepared
by James R. Kinnamon, Registered Surveyor, entitled, "Town of Easton,
Maryland, Proposed Annexation, 1971, Carroll's Addition, South Clifton,"
a copy of which Plat is attached hereto;

DO HEREBY petition the Mayor and Council of Easton to pass a
Resolution annexing the area generally described above to the Town of
Easton.
