Cottage City Commissioners of the Town of

A Resolution and Ordinance to amend Section 17-14(a) of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Prince George's County, Maryland
(1963 Edition), titled, "Cottage City," and subtitled, "Meetings of
Commission," and subheaded "Regular" and being a part of the
Charter of Cottage City, Maryland, and changing the regular meetings
from the 2nd Friday to the 2nd Wednesday.

BE IT RESOLVED, ENACTED and ORDAINED by the Cottage
City Commissioners of the Town of Cottage City, Maryland, that Section
17-14(a) of the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince George's County,
Maryland (1963 Edition), titled "Cottage City," and subtitled "Meetings
of Commission," and subheaded "Regular," being a part of the Charter of
the Town of Cottage City, Maryland, be and the same is hereby amended
to read as follows:

17-14. Meetings of Commission.

(a) Regular. The Cottage City Commission shall hold regular meet-
ings on the second [Friday] Wednesday of each month at such hour not
earlier than 7:30 p.m. and at such place within said town as said Commis-
sion may, by resolution entered in the minute books of said Commission,
determine.
