Bowie                                          2075

ing to the existing City of Bowie in Prince George's County, Maryland,
described as follows:

All that piece, parcel and tract of land lying and being in the Bowie
Election District of Prince George's County, Maryland, being part of
"Tanglewood" described in accordance with a boundary survey by Light,
Elliott and Banks, dated May 9, 1969, as follows: Beginning for the same
at an Iron pipe found on the line of the Philadelphia, Baltimore and
Washington Railroad, said point being the northeasterly corner of the
land of William F. Bowie, described in Liber 216 at folio 388 and;

THENCE along the northerly line of Bowie, South 83° 15' 31" West
258.05 feet to an Iron pipe found,

THENCE, along the westerly line of Bowie, South 07° 39' 58" East
359.51 feet to an iron pipe found at the southwesterly corner of Bowie,

THENCE, following the approximate line of Fletchertown Road,
South 84° 47' 23" West 422.07 feet to a stone found,

THENCE, south 85° 53' 10" West 299.96 feet to a stone found,
THENCE, south 85° 13' 49" West 163.91 feet to a point,

THENCE, following thence along the lines of Alphonso B. Campos,
described in Liber 1627 at folio 215, the following course and distances,

THENCE, north 10° 53' 47" West 880.88 feet, passing in transit a
stone found at 0.57 feet on said line to a point,

THENCE, north 44° 18' 41" West 387.28 feet to a point,

THENCE, north 87° 52' 57" West 703.64 feet to an Iron pipe found,

Thence, 00° 20' 22" West 455.78 feet to a corner of Parcel A of "Tan-
glewood",

THENCE, leaving the property of Campos and along the line of Parcel
A, aforesaid, South 70° 34' 10" East 1600.00 feet to a point,

THENCE, north 09° 42' 53" West 1500.00 feet to a point,

THENCE, north 80° 17' 07" East 600.00 feet to an iron pipe set on
the southwesterly line of Park Avenue, formerly Zug Road,

THENCE, south 36° 15' 33" East 18.42 feet to the westerly line of
the land of said railroad and all the same; south 09° 42' 53" East 228.40
feet to the beginning, containing 56.4150 acres of land and shown on said
survey as Parcel "B".

BEING part of the same land which Francis Ann Zug Stokes obtained
under the Will of John Zug, recorded in Will Book G.S.O. 2 at page 116,
and under the Will of Anna Marjorie Zug recorded in Will Book G.S. McG
1 at page 851.

Section 2. AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as here-
inafter otherwise provided, all the provisions of the Constitution of Mary-
land, all the laws of the State of Maryland applicable to the City of Bowie
which are now in force or may hereafter be enacted, and all the existing
charter provisions and ordinances of the City of Bowie, shall be and the
same are hereby extended and made applicable to such portion of Prince
George's County as is, under the provisions of this resolution annexed to
and made a part of the City of Bowie. Nothing herein, or elsewhere in
