On page 105 of the printed bill, under the heading, "Social Services
Administration—1972 Deficiency Appropriation" and under the program,
"Public Assistance Deficiency" and in the line entitled "General Fund
Appropriation," strike out the numerals "4,100,000" and insert in lieu
thereof the numerals "3,800,000".

the overcrowding at that insti-
