(Senate Bill 626)
AN ACT to add new Section 136(h) to Article 56 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1968 Replacement Volume and 1971 Supple-
ment), title "Licenses," subtitle "Motor Vehicle Fuel Tax," to fol-
low immediately after Section 136(g) thereof; to repeal and re-
enact, with amendments, Section 137(a) of the same Article 56,
title and subtitle; to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sec-
tion 2 of Article 89B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1969
Replacement Volume and 1971 Supplement), title "State Roads,"
subtitle "In General"; to repeal Sections 7, 7 A and 7B of the same
Article 89B, title and subtitle and to enact new Section 7 in lieu
thereof, to stand in the place of the Sections so repealed; to repeal
and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 38A(b), 211-1 and 211-0
of the same Article 89B and title, subtitles "Distribution and Use
of Special Funds" and "Expenditure of Commission's Funds and
Programming and Scheduling of Highway Projects"; to repeal and
re-enact, with amendments, Section 4(a) of Article 94A of the An-
notated Code of Maryland (1969 Replacement Volume and 1971
Supplement), title "Transportation," subtitle "Financing," sub-
heading "Consolidated Transportation Bonds"; to add new Section
11A to the same Article 94A, title, subtitle and subheading, TO
FOLLOW IMMEDIATELY AFTER SECTION 11 THEREOF; to
repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 208(g) and 208(k)
