to any party, upon request, a typewritten transcript of any part of
said notes, upon payment by such party of the expenses incident to
such transcript at a rate to be fixed by the court.
(c) The court may, in any case pending in any said courts, direct
such reporters to transcribe the notes taken with respect to such
case, and the cost thereof at the rates aforesaid shall be taxed as a
part of the cost in such case, or if the court shall so direct, be paid
as part of the court expenses.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this act shall take effect
July 1, 1972.

(House Bill 1299)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Article 16(A), 93
and 63(d) (1) of Chapter 780, Laws of Maryland (1959), as
amended, being also Sections 70-21(A), 70-101(a) and 70-74(d) (1)
of the Montgomery County Code (1965 Edition), and Sections
59-17(A), 59-95(a) and 59-68(d)(l) of the Public Local Laws of
Prince George's County (1963 Edition), and to repeal Article 43
(g) of Chapter 780, Laws of Maryland (1959), as amended, being
also Section 70-54(g) of said Montgomery County Code (1965
Edition) and Section 59-48(g) of said Public Laws of Prince
George's County (1963 Edition) to provide for procedures for the
preparation by the Commission of its annual budget, the establish
ment of separate Administrative, Park and Recreation Funds to be
contained therein, the establishment of a planning work program,
AND SCHEDULE to provide for the submission each year by
the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission of
its budget to the County Executives of Montgomery and Prince
George's Counties, and the transmission thereof to the respective
County Councils, to provide for the approval by the respective
County Councils of the Commission's budget after public hearing,
BUDGET VETOES BY THE COUNTY EXECUTIVES AND
BUDGET VETO OVERRIDES BY THE COUNTY COUNCILS,
and the establishment of tax levies to support the budget, to pro-
vide for amendments to the annual budget TO ESTABLISH PRO-
CEDURES TO AMEND THE PLANNING SCHEDULES and to
limit the expenditures by the approved budget amounts, and to
conform related sections of the Laws of Maryland pertaining to
the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission
accordingly.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Articles 16(A) 93 and 63(d) (1) of Chapter 780, Laws of Mary-
land, (1959), as amended, being also sections 70-21(A), 70 101 9(a)
and 70-74 (d) (1) of the Montgomery County Code (1965 Edition),
and Sections 59-17(A), 59-95(a) and 59-68 (d) (1) of the Public
Local Laws of Prince George's County (1963 Edition) be and they are
hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments to read as follows
