"County Commissioners," and to enact new Section 33 to said Code,
title, and subtitle to follow immediately after Section 32 thereof,
to remove the salary limitation imposed on the Clerk to the County
Commissioners.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 33 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Charles County
(1969 Edition, being Article 9 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland), title "Charles County," subtitle "County Commission-
ers," be and it is hereby repealed and that new Section 33 is hereby
enacted to said Code, title, and subtitle to follow immediately after
Section 32 thereof, to read as follows:

33.

[He shall receive a salary not exceeding seven thousand dollars
($7,000) per annum, payable monthly or semi-monthly and shall re-
ceive no extra or other compensation or fees of any kind for the duties
now imposed upon himself by law by the provisions of this subtitle
or otherwise, which may properly appertain to his office.]

He shall receive a salary as determined by the County Commis-
sioners not to exceed seven thousand five hundred dollars ($7,500)
per annum, and shall receive no extra or other compensation or fees
of any kind for the duties now imposed upon himself by law, by the
provisions of this subtitle or otherwise.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1972.

tion as amended, (being Article 16 of the Code of Public Local Laws

83A-15 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince George's County
(1963 edition as amended) being Article 17 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland title "Prince George's County," subtitle
"Washington Suburban Transit District," revising the method of
funding Administrative Expenses of the Washington Suburban
Transit Commission.
