certain purposes and subject to certain conditions.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 119 of Article 77 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1969 Replacement Volume), title "Public Education," subtitle "Fi-
nance and Reports," be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:
119.
Each county board of education shall keep all moneys for the con-
struction of public school buildings and public school facilities and
the purchase of land for public schools in a separate account apart
from that used for current expenses and shall maintain a separate
and independent accounting system for such public school construc-
tion moneys. However, a local IN ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY
ONLY THE school board may borrow from one fund to meet tem-
porary cash requirements of another fund or to reimburse another
fund for services rendered; provided that the borrowing or reim-
bursement is pursuant to appropriate action by the Board of County
Commissioners, in the case of a non-chartered county, or is subject
to the provisions of the county charter,. in the case of a chartered
county.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1972.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 534M(g)
of Article 27 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Supple-
ment), title "Crimes and Punishments," subtitle "Sabbath Break-
ing," to provide that certain recreational activities, sports and
amusements are permitted in Wicomico County on Sundays.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 534M(g) of Article 27 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1971 Supplement), title "Crimes and Punishments," subtitle
"Sabbath Breaking," be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:

(g) In Harford County [All] all recreational activities, sports,
and amusements are permitted on Sunday, provided however, that
commercial recreational activities, sports and amusements shall be
permitted only between the hours of 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and
9:00 p.m. and midnight, swim clubs excepted. In Wicomico County
