(b) The Boards may enforce any provision of this subtitle by
injunction or by any other appropriate proceeding. No such proceed-
ing shall be barred by any proceeding had or pending pursuant to
subsection (a) of this Section or by the imposition of any fine or
term of imprisonment pursuant thereto.
807. Hearings and Judicial Review
(a) No certificate pursuant to this subtitle may be suspended,
revoked, denied, or renewal denied without a hearing, if requested
by the certificate holder or applicant, on due notice. Any action of
the Boards taken pursuant to or under color of this subtitle shall
be reviewable as provided in the Administrative Procedure Act,
in Article 41 of this Code.
808. Severability.
It is declared to be the legislative intent that if any section,
subsection, sentence, clause or provision of this Act is held invalid,
the remainder of this Act shall not be affected, and to this end the
provisions of this subtitle are severable.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1972.

CHAPTER 548
(House Bill 779)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 268 of
Article 27 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Replacement
Volume and 1971 Supplement), title "Crimes and Punishments,"
subtitle "Crimes and Punishments," subheading "Gunning," to add
Harford County to those counties where written leave or license
is required to hunt upon the lands of another, and to clarify the
language therein.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 268 of Article 27 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1971 Replacement Volume and 1971 Supplement), title "Crimes and
Punishments," subtitle "Crimes and Punishments," subheading "Gun-
ning," be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments,
to read as follows:
268.
Every person who shall, upon any pretense whatever, come to hunt
with gun or dog upon the lands of another without leave or license
from the owner or possessors thereof first had and obtained, provided
that, in Harford and Somerset [County] Counties such leave or license
must be in writing [during the deer season,] shall be deemed guilty
