IMMEDIATELY AFTER SECTION 366 THEREOF AND TO
BE UNDER THE NEW SUBHEADING "JURISDICTION,"
PROVIDING A LIMITATION AS TO THE JURISDICTION
OF THE CHARLES COUNTY SANITARY DISTRICT, INC.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 349A be and it is hereby added to the Code of
Public Local Laws of Charles County (1969 Edition), being Article
9 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title, "Charles
County," subtitle "Sanitary District," to follow immediately after
Section 349 thereof, and to read as follows: THAT NEW
SECTION 366A BE AND IT IS HEREBY ADDED TO
THE CODE OF PUBLIC LOCAL LAWS OF CHARLES
COUNTY (1969 EDITION, BEING ARTICLE 9 OF THE CODE
OF PUBLIC LOCAL LAWS OF MARYLAND), TITLE "CHARLES
COUNTY," SUBTITLE "SANITARY DISTRICT," TO FOLLOW
IMMEDIATELY AFTER SECTION 366 THEREOF AND TO
BE UNDER THE NEW SUBHEADING "JURISDICTION,"
AND TO READ AS FOLLOWS:

None of the provisions of this subtitle apply to the facilities of the
Potomac Heights Mutual Home Owners Association, Inc., located in
Potomac Heights, Indian Head, Maryland.
366A.
THE CHARLES COUNTY SANITARY DISTRICT, INC.,
CREATED AND ORGANIZED UNDER THE SUBTITLE "SAN-
ITARY DISTRICTS" IN ARTICLE 43 OF THE ANNOTATED
CODE OF MARYLAND (1957 EDITION, AS AMENDED) HAS
NO JURISDICTION OVER THE FACILITIES OF THE POTO-
MAC HEIGHTS MUTUAL HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION,
INC., LOCATED IN POTOMAC HEIGHTS, INDIAN HEAD,
MARYLAND.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1972.

AN ACT to add new Section 9(77) to Article 81 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1969 Replacement Volume and 1971 Supple-
ment), title "Revenue and Taxes," subtitle "What Shall be Taxed
and Where," to follow immediately after Section 9(76) thereof, to
exempt from State tax AND LOCAL TAXATION the personal
and real property owned by The Chesapeake Bay Foundation, Inc.
AND USED FOR CERTAIN PURPOSES.
