of Article 78A of this Code, as amended or renumbered from time
to time.
(3) The purpose of any such lease or other agreement shall be
that the Maryland Historical Trust have general administrative
control and direction over the area of Paca Gardens, including the
construction of capital improvements and the day to day responsi-
bility for the operations of the area; and the further purpose of
this section and of a lease or other agreement is to provide a unified
administrative control and direction of the adjacent properties and
premises known generally as Paca House and Paca Gardens in the
City of Annapolis.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1972.

(Senate Bill 766)
AN ACT to add a new Section 2-4.1 to Article 33 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume), title "Election
Code," subtitle "Election Boards and Employees," to follow im-
mediately after Section 2-4 thereof, making provision for payment
of a traveling and expense allowance to the members of the
Supervisors of Elections of Dorchester County.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 2-4.1 be and it is hereby added to Article 33 of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume), title
"Election Code," subtitle "Election Boards and Employees," to follow
immediately after Section 2-4 thereof, and to read as follows:
2-4.1.
In Dorchester County, each member of the board shall be paid
the sum of $500.00 each year to cover his traveling and other
expenses of office.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1972.
