AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 5 (P) (3)
of Chapter 409 of the Acts of 1969, amending the so-called State
Bond Construction Act of 1969 with particular respect to the pro-
posal for the appropriation of a certain sum of $170,000 to Mary-
land State College in Princess Anne.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 5 (P) (3) of Chapter 409 of the Acts of 1969, be
amended AND IT IS HEREBY REPEALED AND RE-ENACTED,
WITH AMENDMENTS, to read as follows:

Sec 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
