Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the 1970 Edition of the Code of Cecil County, Maryland, (being
Article 8 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland) published
under the direction of the Board of County Commissioners of Cecil
County is legalized. The Code shall contain all public local laws
relating to Cecil County in effect after the 1971 Regular Session of
the General Assembly of Maryland and which have been enacted or
amended following the 1961 Regular Session, and it shall contain the
amendments and additions in the charters of the several municipal
corporations within Cecil County as in effect on April 1, 1971, and
which have been enacted or amended following April 1, 1961. The
Code shall be deemed and taken in all courts of the State and by
all judges and other public officials of the State and of its several
political subdivisions to be evidence of the changes and enactments
affecting the 1961 Edition of the Code of Public Local Laws of Cecil
County.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That the Board of County Com-
missioners of Cecil County shall make an appropriation to provide
for the publication of the Code and the Board may provide for the
sale and distribution of the Code.

Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1971.

(House Bill 912)

AN ACT to add new Section 225G (c) to Article 18 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Queen Anne's
County," subtitle "Electrical Examiners," as added by Chapter
881 of the Acts of 1963; to provide for the issuance of a Specialist
License LIMITED LICENSE by the Board of Electrical Examiners
of Queen Anne's County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 225G (c) be and it is hereby added to Article 18
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Queen Anne's County," subtitle "Electrical Examiners," as added
by Chapter 881 of the Acts of 1963, to follow immediately after Sec-
tion 225G (b), and to read as follows:

225G.

(c) The Board of Electrical Examiners of Queen Anne's County
is hereby authorized to make rules and regulations for the issuance
of a license of limited jurisdiction for a limited period of time when
in the discretion of the Board circumstances require it to be issued.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1971.
