CHAPTER 55
(Senate Bill 187)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 12 (b) of
Article 7 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1968 Replacement
Volume), title "Arbitration and Award," to change the time for
making application to vacate an award under this Article.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 12 (b) of Article 7 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1968 Replacement Volume), title "Arbitration and Award," be
and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
12.
(b) An application under this section shall be made within
[ninety] thirty days after delivery of a copy of the award to the
applicant, except that, if predicated upon corruption, fraud or other
undue means, it shall be made within [ninety] thirty days after
such grounds are known or should have been known.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1971.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 522 (b)
and (c) of the Code of Public Local Laws of Harford County
(1965 Edition, being Article 13 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland), title "Harford County," subtitle "Trailers," to elim-
inate a fixed amount for a license fee for each vehicular trailer
camp or mobile home park and to permit the Board of County
Commissioners to set that amount; and clarifying the language
therein.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 522 (b) and (c) of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Harford County (1965 Edition, being Article 13 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland), title "Harford County," subtitle "Trailers,"
be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to
read as follows:

(b) The license fee for each vehicular trailer camp or mobile home
park for each year or fraction thereof shall be imposed at [the rate
of five dollars ($5.00) for each set of ten (10) trailer coach spaces
or portion thereof; provided that the maximum annual fee for any
one vehicular trailer camp shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) for each
