"Home Rule," subheading "Charter Amendments," be and it is hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments; that Section 7(g) of
Article 25A of the Code (1970 Supplement), title "Chartered Counties
of Maryland," subtitle "Publication of Laws," be and it is hereby
repealed and re-enacted, with amendments; and that Section 12(g)
of Article 25B of the Code (1970 Supplement), title "Home Rule for
Code Counties," subtitle "Amendment ENACTMENT of Local Laws,"
be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, and
to read as follows:
Article 23A
17A.
(g) The State Department of Legislative Reference shall receive
the several compilations and statements thus delivered to it. [They]
The laws of the several municipal corporations which amend their
charters shall be arranged in a logical and convenient order and shall
be delivered to the State printer for inclusion in the Session Laws of
the General Assembly for its Regular Session in that year. The laws
of the municipal corporations which amend their charters shall be
printed and identified as such, and they shall be indexed with or in a
supplemental volume to the laws enacted by the General Assembly.
Article 25A
7.
(g) The State Department of Legislative Reference shall receive

public local laws shall be arranged in a logical and convenient order
and shall be delivered to the State printer for inclusion in the Session
Laws of the General Assembly for its Regular Session in that year.
The laws of the charter counties which amend their codes of public
local laws shall be printed and identified as such, and they shall be
indexed with or in a supplemental volume to the laws enacted by the
General Assembly.
