AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 17A(g) of
Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1970 Supplement),
title "Corporations—Municipal," subtitle "Home Rule," subhead-
ing "Charter Amendments"; to repeal and re-enact, with amend-
ments, Section 7(g) of Article 25A of the Code (1970 Supplement),
title "Chartered Counties of Maryland," subtitle "Publication of
Laws"; and to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 12
(g) of Article 25B of the Code (1970 Supplement), title "Home
Rule for Code Counties," subtitle "Amendment ENACTMENT of
Local Laws," amending the laws concerning home rule procedures
of certain political subdivisions with particular respect to the
printing, publication, and indexing of laws which affect the char-
ters of municipal corporations and the public local laws of counties.
