(b) When the amount in controversy exceeds $100 there  shall be

Section 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect forty-five days after its enactment.

An Act to change the title "Human Relations Commission", codified
as Title 15 of the Baltimore County Code, 1968, to "Community
Relations Commission" and to provide for the appointment of an
administrative aide to the County Executive to serve as executive
director of said commission, by repealing and re-enacting with amend-
ments the title thereto and sections 15-1 through 15-5 of the Baltimore
County Code, 1968, Title "Human Relations Commission".

Section 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF
BALTIMORE COUNTY, MARYLAND, That the title "Human Relations
Commission", codified as Title 15 of the Baltimore County Code, 1968, and
Sections 15-1 through 15-5 thereunder, be and they are hereby repealed
and re-enacted with amendments, to read as follows:

Title 15.
COMMUNITY RELATIONS COMMISSION

Section 15-1. Established; composition; appointment and term of
office of members.

There is hereby established a commission on [human] community
